| Winter Pudding |
| Ingredients:
4 and quarter oz (105 gm) sugar 6 table spoons (90 ml) water l teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice 18 oz tin (500 gm) raspberries and blackberries 8 slices of bread |
| Method..
Melt sugar in water over a low heat and bring
slowly to the boil. Add the fruit and lemon juice and stir well. Remove the crusts
from the bread and cut into wide strips. |
