Break eggs into dish and beat as if making a scramble mix. Season with a pinch of salt and/or pepper. Add little drop of milk. Take Slice of Bread dip and soak in the mixture. Fry this in frying pan turning occasionally. Kids will love this, with Baked Beans. You can also toast when the egg is cooked to add a browned crisper texture.

Other way is to make a fried bread with hole in the middle and drop and fry egg into hole. This one is called a one eyed Jack and is also extremely Tasty.
